I've developed an organizer that fits 130mm wide bags. The model is specially designed to save as much filament as possible. In my case, I spent 193g (~65m) of filament. I used the eSun ePLA-SS Black.
Organizer dimensions: 190 x 137.4 x 75 mm
Section dimensions: 25.771 x 135 x 73.6 mm
Wall width: 1.2 mm
Bottom: 1.4 mm
Printing recommendations:
- I highly recommend not to scale this model. Otherwise all proportions will break and the result may be unpredictable. If you want to reduce the height of the organizer, use the Cut tool.
- Set the number of top/bottom layers so that there are no infill. The walls and bottom are thin, so you need to strengthen the structure as much as possible. In my case: Wall loops - 2; Top shell layers - 3; Bottom shell layers - 3.
- The walls are specially 1.2mm wide to use 2 wall loops with a width of 0.6mm. Nozzles with standard diameter of 0.4mm allow you to print such a wide line.
- The bottom is specially 1.4m high to print 5 layers with a level height of 0.28mm. This is the maximum value at which detail and interlayer strength aren't lost.
- I recommend to disable gap filling and also not use the Arachne wall generator to avoid vertical stripes (protrusions) that you can see in the photo below. I don't think that this will significantly reduce the strength of the organizer.
