Magic The Gathering: Stacking +1 Counter

This is a stackable counter for magic the gathering game (or similar card game) for +1/ +1 counter. Figured it would be something different than the usual dice counters used in the game.

For other types of counters (i.e +x / +x or -x / -x) I'll probably add a few more in near future.
