I've got a 1939 toilet with a weird ~9-inch bolt pattern spacing that I couldn't find a toilet seat that it fits, but the Bemis Jamestown Round seat (Model # 530SLOW 000, Home Depot SKU 1001262683) otherwise fits and has an easily disassembled hinge (4 Phillips head screws), so I 3D printed a replacement hinge to fit the toilet's holes.
I printed this in PLA on a Prusa Mini+ set to 0.15mm STRUCTURAL with Snug supports (Everywhere), 15% Gyroid infill, and 4 perimeters. Print time was ~3hours. Note the orientation of the print in my Prusa Slicer screenshot - you want the keyed hole for the slow-close mechanism to be the most accurate. Depending on your printer and existing hinge, you may need to widen that keyed hole a bit (one side was perfect for me, the other I had to use a clamp to force it in).
Also note: the file only includes 1 side, you'll need to mirror it in your slicer for both sides.
