Vented Face plate for HP Reverb VR Goggles

My HP Reverb gets warm on my face. 
I usually need a fan blowing on my face to keep cool while I use VR.

This face plate has heat vents.  You can install heat sinks on the hot chips to passively vent thru the slots. 
I have read that similar designs like this don't drop the temps much. They work better with a fan. Battery powered fan models are available but I didn't want the extra weight and noise on my face.
