I wanted a way to store my models for transit that didn't rely on magnets or take up space like foam did - and also just looked and felt cool enough to be remodeled into a mech hanger or storage bay as a display. This is the weekend worth of solution I came up with.

Tolerances are still a little tight so I'm happy to take on any notes.

If you want one yourself, you'll need two springs per Pincher.

1 x  5mm OD,0.5mm Wire Size,5.5mm Compressed Length,10mm Free Length
1 x  5mm OD,0.5mm Wire Size,11mm Compressed Length,20mm Free Length

It's still a little finicky getting the doors on, and they'll want for a drop of superglue to hold them in place.

Best printed in PETG at 25% infil or more as the button and pincher parts have fairly thin parts. I printed the button + pincher with a minimum of 3 perimeters.
