Round Bars Pipes and Rods Connections

Set of round bar connectors for rods with diameters between 5mm - 40mm

Materials:

• Smooth dowel rods made of beech wood are suitable as round bars (tested 6mm, 8mm, and 15mm).
• For screwing, M3 wood screws without shaft and with countersunk head are suitable. The length should be at least ½ of the diameter.
• A thin steel wire rope (1-2mm) can be used for tensile force absorption.

To adjust the diameter for the pipe connection, you can modify the expression named "shaft_diameter_measured" in the CAD file under "Modify/Parameters".
