I was print all out and take the best of this items together. After that i made from scratch STEP file, first was not so good. Thanks community for help and some testers. After one week finally done it right. Uploaded STEP file and print profile. Its maybe prints slow, but we need quality.  

its now looks almost like BIQU Panda Fan Duct, only without any branding. Use modificator in slicer if you fancy for some logo

Lidar - working, i tested

Overhangs - hard to tell, need more testing. Each filament will be different. 

Printed with PETG-GF , for PETG-CF rise temp little bit higher. I will reprint with ASA-CF or ASA-GF. Maybe with PC-FR if i get it cheap.
