I got a SB2209 USB with a broken cable right before Chinese New Year and had no customer support for weeks, so I had to make my own cable by replacing the plugs on a 65W shielded USB-C cable.
XT30 2+2 requires soldered power wires but crimped data wires. I found spare female plugs at Robu and Evelta (in India). Robu sent me plugs without the appropriate crimps. I found Berg 2.5mm female crimps to be the closest match, but about 2mm too long and a little too cramped in the housing. Evelta sent me plugs with appropriate crimps and those fit correctly.
XT30 2+2 has a very similar profile to USB-A but does not fit USB-A housing. This printed version is much better.
The original design had a floating region in Part B to make it low profile – necessary for the SB2209 CAN boards but not for the USB version – that I've removed so it can print without supports. Part A here has the Voron logo. If you need it without the logo, please see the original upload. The STLs may not be correctly oriented. Lay them flat to print (auto-align in your slicer).

Removed a floating region in Part A to print without supports.
