Filament Sensor for Fysetc CNC Sherpa mini Extruder

I modified "Sherpa mini filament sensor - PC4-01 connector" to fit my setup better, so though I would share. I added 8 mm shaft to replace the Metal ECAS in the Fysetc Sherpa mini CNC version Extruder. I used a 13 mm reverse bowen tube in the shaft for a snug fit.

I was seeking a solution for my ERCF v2 setup to improve the loading / unloading.

Items you will need:

• 13 mm PTFE tube
• M3 BHCS 8 mm (x1)
• 5.5 mm ball (same as used in ERCF v2) (x1)
• Microswitch D2F (same as used in ERCF v2) (x1)
• M2 BHCS 10 mm (x2)
• M3 BHCS 20 mm (x1)
• PC4-M10 Pneumatic Connector
• some wire

Items to note, the PTFE tube should stick out 2 mm past the shaft. Also do not over tighten the screws going into the K-face or the motor adjustment screw, the mounts break off.
