Keychain Comb Folding

Summary

Never get caught searching for a comb again. This one comes with you anytime you leave the house. It's tiny, fits on a keychain, and is great for beards (though it will comb your hair as well)

Print Settings

• Filament: PLA is reccomended, but use whatever you'd like.
• Infill: 100%

Print the comb section with a very small layer height, like 0.08mm

Assembly

Make sure comb piece is oriented to open in the right direction. Use a VERY SMALL amount of superglue (CA glue) on the areas marked red in this photo:

The dimension of the pin is equal to the dimension of the hole in the comb. On my P1S this makes a good friction fit. If your comb wont fit over the peg, I've included a version with an additional 0.2mm radius on the hole.
