Lagerbock Porsche Cayenne E3 PA r/l 777.A (778.A)

Beschreibung

Im Porsche Cayenne im Familienkreis ist das Kunststoffteil mit der Teilenummer 9Y3.887.777.A (siehe Bilder, schwarzes Spritzgussteil) leider aus unbekannten Gründen abgebrochen. Da dieses Teil in der Neubeschaffung sehr teuer ist, habe ich versucht, meine amateurhaften CAD-Kenntnisse für eine freie Konstruktion und Abstraktion des Teils zu nutzen.

Herausgekommen ist ein erster Versuch mit zufriedenstellender Stabilität.

Ich habe das Teil prototypisch mit PLA (weißes Teil in den Bildern) und final mit Bambu Lab PAHT-CF (schwarzes 3D-Druckteil) gedruckt.

Das Originalteil ist für die linke Seite (777.A) konzipiert. Ich habe das Bauteil für die rechte Seite gespiegelt (778.A), die Passgenauigkeit für die rechte Seite ist jedoch noch nicht bestätigt.

In a family-owned Porsche Cayenne, the plastic part with part number 9Y3.887.777.A (see images, black injection-molded part) unfortunately broke for unknown reasons. As this part is very expensive to replace, I tried to use my amateur CAD skills to create a free design and abstraction of the part.

The result is a first attempt with satisfactory stability.

I printed the part prototypically with PLA (white part in the pictures) and finally with Bambu Lab PAHT-CF (black 3D-printed part).

The original part is designed for the left side (777.A). I mirrored the part for the right side (778.A), but the fit for the right side has not yet been verified.
