Tire is designed for TPU. I printed mine with 5 outside layers and 30% fill (which was probably a bit excessive) 0.2mm layer height.

Rim slides into tire with a bit of persuasion. Feel free to glue in place. 

These parts were designed for a Radioshack 60-4116 ‘Sniper’ Radio Controlled (RC) Car, circa 1995. No replacement parts are available as far as I can tell. Design on rim and tires is a similar design to original. Tire OD is 3.5" (spike OD) / 3.0" (main body of tire) and tire width is 1.75" (see drawing for a couple more dimensions).

This is a free version of the design - you get two versions of the STL files with 5 and 10 degree accuracy. If you want better files and/or the ability to customize, please take a look at the paid version of this design which includes the STEP and SLDPRT files.
