This is a compact stealth mounting system that you can 3D print yourself. I originally saw a similar concept used in woodworking, but I couldn't find anything like it in stores near me—so I made my own.
What You’ll Need:
- 25mm Forstner drill bit
- T20 countersunk BLAX 4.5 mm screws (I used Spax screws, available in Europe)
- Wall screws (as shown in the image, supports screws up to 4.5 mm)
Instructions:
- Drill the hole – Use the Forstner drill bit to create a hole in your wood.
- Attach the stealth mount – Secure it with a compatible screw.
- Mark wall screw positions – Measure and mark where your wall screws will go.
- Adjust screw depth – Ensure the screw heads hit the back of the mount, as this prevents the mount from sliding off easily.
3D Printing Details:
- Material: PETG
- Infill: 100%
- Supports: Required (remove with a screwdriver or similar tool)
