AIO ReFill - MasterSpool - "All In One"

Hereby I release my AIO ReFill - Masterspool aka (All In One ReFill - Masterspool). after having a lot of annoyances in the industry by companies releasing and re-releasing or resizing their refill spools I thought this is enough… so I made one early in 2024 for my own conveniences and now officially released to the public! Enjoy!

Do you have a spool that doesnt fit please let me know in the comments or private messages.
I only need the inner diameter of the core were the filament is spooled on.
Note that it cannot be smaller than the BambuLabs core which is: 81mm in diameter.

Release:  RC-1.1 and RC-1.5 Update (February 25 2025):
Updated the model screw-1_rc1.1.stl and screw-2_rc1.1.stl are cleaned up for cleaner look.
200mm-refill-flange_rc1.5.stl updated naming on the innerside of the flange with AIO ReFill
instead of my brand name.

Release:  RC-1.1 (Screw-2.STL) (February 24 2025):
Apparently FormFutura uses 2 cardboard core sizes for their 750g ReFill System.
After some testing this is totally random some are ~48mm and some are ~55mm in height. and with RC-1.0 you had ~3mm spacing between the flange and screws.

So you need to re-print Screw-2 called (screw-2_rc1.1.stl) and if you go multicolor you need reload the files (screw-2_rc1.1.stl and screw-2_rc1.0_inlay-for-multicolor.stl).

There are a lot of ReFill spools out there, and now my version of a ReFill System… Also there are a lot of core dimensions out in the field… So I made one that fits the standard Bambulab ReFill Core and with simple adapters you can use more on this system.

If you want to use brands like BambuLab, FormFutura, eSUN, Prusament, DasFilament, Rosa3D, Spectrum Filaments, AzureFilm and more…? Well you are on the right place! Oh and don't forget… Only 53gram of filament is needed with my slice of course you can go lower! just look at it! Its intention was to have a cool industrial looking but minimalistic design master spool that is also light weight and easily to see the colors of the filaments.

Let me know what you think or miss! Adapter rings can be easily added. Oh and it should work with all Multi Material Systems including the AMS Lite! Creality CFS. It uses a industrial standard spool diameter of 200mm. And only friction/press fit is needed but i also highly recommend using the clamp screws.
