Bunny and Bear Toolhead Cover for Qidi Plus 4

This is the Bunny and Bear version of toolhead cover for Qidi Plus 4 toolhead. Big openings for airflow and viewing of extruder action. Bottom of cover is considerably shorter than stock cover. Shortened lower extent allows unobstructed viewing and lighting of nozzle during printing.

Print with organic supports, 3 perimeters, 4 bottom layers, 4 top layers, 20% gyroid.

Use gel cyanoacrylate glue and press magnets into openings. 

Pay attention to North / South pole orientation to match original cover's. I did this by putting each new magnet upon the original cover magnet to get orientation and transferring the magnet to inside tip of one jaw of needle nose pliers being careful to avoid flipping the magnet. Touched gel CY glue to magnet face, and then pressed into cover openings with pliers.

Bunny and Bear character logos are printed separately and press into inside of covers. Hot soldering iron to weld them in place.


 

Shortened lower extent to enable viewing of nozzle, large airflow openings to maximize airflow, and let user see extruder parts working.
