Pocket Hole Jig to shop vacuum adapter

The Kreg benchtop pockethole jig creates quite a lot of chips and sawdust when in use.  Connection of the dust port of the Kreg jig to my shop vacuum keeps those under better control.  The jig outlet port is 36.4mm in diameter and my shop vacuum hose is 57.5mm in diameter.  If yours are different, adjust with the OpenSCAD file.  If the diameters are the same, the included gcode or stl files should work fine.
