Neptune 3/4 gyro filament guide- centered

Printed in PLA+ Print in place. I ended up just using the M3 screws from the runout sensor mount since i didn't need them anymore. This doesn't work unless you are moving your runout sensor.

I remade this to center up and strengthen the guide. I'm using this in tandem with moving the runout sensor to the top of the print head.
