Rear mudguard for Specialized Levo & Stumpjumper EVO

I designed this rear mudguard to suit my Specialized Levo Comp Alloy (2022 “Gen 3” model). It also happened to fit my Stumpjumper EVO Comp Alloy (2023 model) nicely as shown in the photos.

It's printed as 2 parts, and I recommend printing them with a brim for better bed adhesion. The top section slips inside the lower section, then they are laced together with cable ties before securing them to the frame. I have printed them from PLA in the past -This works ok for a while, but the parts split layers eventually (usually at the cable tie holes). I recommend printing the 2 parts from a durable material such as PA “Nylon” for the best layer adhesion.

I'm not sure if they will fit the carbon frame or S-works models. If you decide to try them on these models, please leave a comment with your results. I'd love to know your outcome.
