Universal Tool Holder for Multiboard w/ Improved Snap

I needed a way to hang my pliers on my Multiboard, and found el.cannibal's file - and one of the comments said to cut the base so could be printed without supports. I noticed it looked a heck of a lot like JLockrin's improved snap for Multiconnect, so I decided to mash em up.

If you're struggling, consider using mouse ears (or brim), and supports for the small bridge.
