Tablet Wall Mount for COOPERS CP10

A while back I bought the extremely inexpensive CP10 tablet out of curiosity. It turns out the tablet sucks and is not really usable for actual tabletting purposes, so I decided to use it as a Home Assistant kiosk. I did this quick design for a wall mount using Tinkercad. I did not add a cutout for the front-facing camera but you should be able to do so pretty easily if you desire using a negative volume. Unfortunately this cheapo tablet has the charge port in a very inconvenient place (on the long side) so there's only so clean it can look on the wall, but I think it looks pretty decent.


Instructions:

Print the mount, mount it to the wall, and drop your tablet in with the power connector on the bottom. 

For printing, I recommend you use the “cp10 mount” version which has 0.4mm anti-warping tabs built in. Just clip them off after printing. If you don't want the tabs, there is a tabless version too. I wound up needing to use bed adhesive to get this to print properly due to the cold temperature in my basement workshop. I recommend organic supports set to an overhang angle of 1. This will generate supports for the top crossbar only. I printed this with PLA with 0 infill and 2 perimeters, it seems to be fine. You can use infill if you want, I don't care.
