MMU Enclosure Top PTFE 6 hole Passthrough

A 6 hole passthrough which includes 5 MMU filament PTFE inserts along with a extra one that bypasses the MMU. The sixth hole will be utilized to print materials not currently compatible with MMU3 such as TPU. 

Supports were utilized but supports were removed from the 6 holes and the hole for the screw. A regular m3 screw works. 5 mm in length would be ideal.
