The front door of my vc4 is made of 4mm PC. When printing ABS, the chamber temperature causes the door to bend slightly at the top corners, which ruins the sealing. This clamp keeps the corners in contact with the sealing strips.
There are other solutions, but this one works without drilling holes to the front door. It is a lazy person's solution.
The clamp is a print-in-place, and probably best printed with something a bit tougher than PLA. I used ABS.
In addition to the clamp itself you need an M6x16 (or even M6x14) screw, and a small plastic/silicone bumper that is normally used for cabinet doors. The bumper prevents scratching the door and adds friction.
