Front Tensioned Pick

use between 70-100% infill for best results

Uses #4-40 Hardware

Picking tips are made from ejector pins with 1.5mm shaft

Tension tips are made from 6mm od steel tubing

An indexing flat has been created at the back of the tension handle. It is difficult to see but it does help.

An indexing detent is also present in the picking handle however it may breaker during use. Tightening the screws on the pick handle should still hold the picking tip with enough friction.

The final print may need to have the pick tip holes drilled to final dimensions as some printers don't deal with small holes well.

A tighter ID on the tensioning bit may help with alignment. This design has some friction between parts. some amount of break-in can be expected. Ensuring that your ejector pin shaft isn't bent/curved will help with misalignment.
