The controller board is mounted on the left side using a hexagonal support with threaded holes, into which brass M3 standoffs are screwed. The top of this support is also screwed into the frame. However, I found that when the support is fully tightened, the standoffs are misaligned with the board. And if I align them properly, the support remains about 1/3 of a turn loose and wobbles.
This upgrade allows the support to be fully tightened while ensuring that the board can be securely mounted in any position where any face of the support is parallel to the board.
The part has an M3 thread, allowing the use of the original screws. Additionally, you’ll need any M3 screw (5-10mm) to secure the part to the support.
