Ford F150, 2011 DIPSTICK HANDLE

I printed this out of PLA and when I checked after a drive it became super flimsy. Don't use PLA. I printed it in PETG in October of 2024 and I'm still driving on that sucker (Feb 2025). Fits nice. I was fortunate enough to recover the o-ring and spring pin from the original and use it in this model.

I used “LePage Plastic Bonder Super Glue Adhesive, All-Pastics Instant Bond, Dries Clear, 2ml + 4ml” to glue it together. 

Usually when I print something with a tight tolerance like a spring pin, I design and plan for the hole to be drilled to spec afterwards. I have number and letter drills I use to get a perfect fit.
