"The Maple Leaf Forever" is a Canadian patriotic song written by Alexander Muir in 1867, the year of Canada's Confederation.

The modern lyrics were written by Vladimir Radian, winner of a CBC Radio contest, in 1997.

Michael Buble sang a modified version during the Closing Ceremony of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver.

Makerwiz created this diamond cut sculpture “The Maple Leaf Forever” to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of Canada's National Flag:

Long may it wave, and grace our own,
Blue skies and stormy weather,
Within my heart, above my home,
The Maple Leaf forever!
