A simple encasing for custom stackable Tonie tags with snap-in mechanism. Intended to be used with stickable RFID tags with diameter of 38 mm (e.g. by RFIDfriend.com). Simply stick the tag to the inside of the top part.
The bottom part has a slot where you can put a 6x2 mm magnet (just press it in).
Attention: If you align the magnets for all your tags the same orientation, you can stack easily the tags. Very useful for traveling.
Thanks to the snap mechanism, you just have to snap top and bottom together after inserting the RFID tag and magnet.
The bottom has a small cutout in case you need to reopen the tag.
I added a cut-out text to the top in the slicer to identify the tags.
Optionally you can glue any figurine on top of the tag.
Recommended print settings:
- Material: PLA
- Layer height: 0.15mm
- Perimeters: 2
I printed it using 0.15mm STRUCTURAL @MK4S 0.4 profile.
