BLTouch to DC42 Differential IR height sensing board adapter

Adapter to mount a DC42 Differential IR height sensing board instead of a BLTouch. Should fit all extruders with a BLTouch mount, as long as there is enough space for the board. The board is a bit wider than the BLTouch.
