is sucks that the robak 2 build kit Fastener/Bearings/Servo/Motor+ESC/HSP Parts KitVariant sold out or unavailableQuantity is sold out, because that would make buying the parts a lot easier.

i tried adding it up on a couculator but it was too much input even for a TI-89 titanium which i think is a pretty good one.
@robaki i did. Does it have a total price for all the parts? when i said that i added it all up, i meant that i went to the BOM and added all the prices up on a couculator, but it was just too much input.
i think im gonna try and print it, any word on how long it takes?
@Barney123_3911623 I guess you can print everything in one or two days, but be prepared for a few trial and error attempts to find the right material and settings combination
@robaki ok, will do.
how much does it cost for the total recomended parts? (edited)
@Barney123_3911623 €400-500 assuming you don't have any RC gear.

I just finished up my build of this. Overall I am SO IMPRESSED with how this was designed. All the important screws use captured nuts and everything is designed to together very easily. I appreciate all the captured square nuts since I can take the car apart and put it back together as much as I want without worrying about stripping the plastic. I put a 3s in it and this thing is insane. I forgot to glue the tires my first time out and it easily threw all 4 tires instantly when I gave it the beans.
I printed in a mix of PCTG, PA12-CF, PLA and TPU98A.
Overall, very well done. You have my thanks.
The wing is this one. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4152440
the adapter I used is one I designed myself. its longevity is TBD but I made it weak enough that hopefully it would break instead of the wing in the event of a bad crash. I printed the adapter in PA12 CF and the wing in PLA. I can easily pick the car up by the wing with no flexing. It can be found here. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1bNmDycQ3BuOhH3DlBB8psupcRcMnhaGu?usp=sharing
You would need a 5mm longer m3 screw for the upper shock if one wanted to use this adapter. (edited)

A great project that has generated a lot of fanfare. Thanks to Robak, I've started learning FreeCad and will be implementing my own modification ideas. (edited)

Hi! This is a great project that I've had on my to-do list for a while. I used PCTG, PA12 and PA12GF15 filaments, which were new to me, so I had to design a special profile. That was a great learning experience! A tip for future readers: follow the printing BOM until you reach the suspension parts, then move on to the suspension upgrade, which is not included in the BOM. Otherwise, you'll realise that the original suspension wheel clearances are too short for some recommended wheels (locked wheel).
Great Discord community!
Thank you Miłosz!

@MakerT_3466360 Thanks! That build looks fire🔥
Son crashed it after 5 minutes with 50 km/h in a stone wall. 10/10. Im printing again.

I reprinted in Carbon Fibre Nylon (Bambu PAHT-CF) and it now doesn't break with 3S battery and 3200 kv motor, so long as you don't crash, or jump, or doughnut on grass (can do on tarmac just fine). Can exceed 60 kph on tarmac in this configuration. EDIT Can set rate to 67% in transmitter to simulate 2S. (edited)
Easy print, straightforward assembly (my 3rd printed RC).
Black + natural PA12 and translucide PLA 3D870.
4S with 3542 1080kv outrunner with a 20T and 125mm tires.
Upgraded suspensions, modified tower, big bore shocks, high density steering.

This is "Stickers" . Version 2.2 with the new suspension. Body shell is aluminium bar and drink bottle. Covered the tops of the suspension as they get damaged if you slide inverted on concrete. Performance, 11:1 gear, 3200 kv, 100 meters on grass in just over 9 seconds with 2s. With 3s on grass I cant control it yet, still learning to drive, and it can break if you crash or hit a divot at 3s speed so no timing yet. Black filament is Bambu PAHT-CF (their name for Nylon/PA12-CF) and blue is SUNLU PETG which is slowly being replaced with PA12-CF as it breaks. (Edit some black filament like bumper is 95A TPU). This is a very nice project. Thanks for sharing. I build it twice already with some minor mods.
My steering block keeps in breaking, however orientation I print it on. Is there any direct metal replacement I can use instead?
Many thank
