This is a front and top panel design for the NZXT H440 Case which aims to fully open the airflow for the PC and provide mesh-based solutions for dust filtration.
As a result, the front and top panels include room for a “door screen” filter, attached by some standard sized magnets. These magnets are super glued in place, mesh placed on top, and then secured with another magnet to keep the mesh in place during use.
The front panel uses a M2/M3 bolt and nut for each part to connect to one another. In the end, the front uses ~6 M2/M3 bolts and nuts.
Sadly, the top panel was not redesigned to use screws. Currently in the part version, I put each part together with tape, and that seemed to work good enough for me.
Optionally, there is an additional clip/mount that attaches to the top of the front panel's fan hole using super glue. This allows the user to add additional magnets to the direct top of the airflow to ensure the air is properly going through the mesh.
