Systainer Card Slot Labels

These 3D printed labels are great for Systainer taking the customization and organization to a whole new level.  They work for the Systainer³ and T-Loc Systainers generation.  A variety of models are offered for electrical, plumbing, hvac and painting.  And we have Festool tool specific labels as well.

Systainers are a way to store, transport, organize and protect your tools, materials, demo/sales kits, engineering gear, medical devices, and so much more.  The systainer was developed over 30 years ago by Tanos in Germany.  Systainer³, the latest generation, comes in a wide variety of colors, fitouts and types for different needs.  Many quality tool and product manufacturers including Festool, Mirka, Kreg and more participate in the Systainer system.  See the entire line up at Systainer USA.

Systainers come in a variety of colors, as well as the lid handles and catches.   Whats more is that most Systainers have two card slots.  The 3D models offered here are a variety of card slot labels you could print to improve your own organization.  Or make your own cards!

If making your own model, we recommend the following sizes.

• A card should be 54mm x 86mm.
• 1mm height plate
• 0.8mm height text/logo height (off of the plate)

Printing 

Color choice is up to you, obviously a contrasting color for the text/logo helps with readability.  Printing material is up to you too, PLA works, though if you are storing these in a hot work van/truck/trailer in the summer, you may want to consider using PETG or similar.  

Usage

Once printed, simply slide the card into the slot.  To remove it, use your fingers or a flat head screw driver.  These cards work on both the Systainer³ and T-Loc Systainers generation.
