Nut thread expanded 2.5%
Outer hex same size as steel version
Fit each other as well as normal metric bolts and nuts.

Printed m4 up to M12 at 0.08 layer height.
Fit each other as well as the original nut and bolt.
Nuts are on the tight side
Bolts on the lose side
Tweaked the bolts and nuts to find a better middle ground. (now V2)
