Needed a wall mount for our Sonos Arc soundbar. Didn't want to buy one (and wait for delivery) so I spent 30 minutes designing one. My daughter wanted something at the time, so the design is a little rough since she's … persistent. But it works and once mounted it looks good.

Printed in black PLA, 0,2mm layer height, 100% concentric infill, 225 degrees, 0.6mm CHT (knockoff) nozzle on an old Ender3 that's been modded halfway to death.

The knob in the main file has a 5mm diameter hole, and is the exact height of the wall bracket. My printers tolerances were not set up well enough so the screw wouldn't fit through the hole. I made another, smaller knob with bigger hole, that has a decreased height of 0.3mm and a 6mm diameter hole, that one fit perfect for me.

And obviously two brackets and two knobs are needed.

Mounting hardware consists of two M5x20mm countersunk screws, and a 20mm washer, that I also countersunk to make the screw kind of flush with it. Those 20mm washers were actually more like 19mm, so they fit inside of the little recess in the knob. If your doesn't, just take a knife and shave off the edge. For secuirng the brackets to the wall you need some sort of screw with a flat underside of the head, that doesn't protrude once inserted through the hole of it, and that will stick in whatever kind of wall you have.

Mount the brackets exactly 61cm apart, center-center that is, and level, 15,5-16cm below your TV. Centered, of course.
