  • Tweezers

Materials and Printing

For mine i used PLA with 0.20mm layer, 15% infill, and height fuzzy skin. It holds my Kanto Yu4's without flexing, they are decently heavy but for anything bigger or heavier i would probably print with PETG, or maybe more infill.

Assembly Instructions

Use Soldering iron to press threaded inserts into top and bottom of the stand riser.

Tip: use tweezers to hold the insert steady while it warms up and melts plastic

Place laptop feet on the bottom of base plate

Fill cavity in riser with sand, plaster, bearings, anything you want to add weight, this part is optional, but may be useful for smaller lighter speakers.

Screw the top plate in place

Screw the bottom plate in place

You're Done!

Variations

Riser Variations: Angled and Glued

Angled - has a 5 degree incline to have the speakers pointing slightly up, available in two different sizes. Regular and Large(for larger speakers)

Glued - This is an untested variant i made for people who don't want to use inserts or any kind of hardware. Available in angled version as well

Plate variations: Large, with Backplate

Back Plate - meant to be used in combination with the angled riser, to prevent speaker from falling back.

Large -  Large base and top plates for the large riser variations, also has a version with backplate.
