Quad Lock mount for phone

I loved the flexible arm for phones, but as my case has the quad lock mount, I figured that would be far simpler than using one of the compression based phone holders. 
This uses the standard sizer screws for the model, Either normal or long (not small)

Took one of the arm sections, and melded it with the standard Quad Lock mount point
