A simple USB light to fit directly on the Shaper Origin spindle.
I used two superbright LED and the Origin USB-C port (with an adapter) to power it.
--Some basic soldering skills are required--
Material: ASA (recommended, PETG should work as well)
Infill: 100%
Supports: NO
Slow down the speed!
n.1 M3 bolt and nut
n.2 squared LED superbright (7,5x7,5mm). If you want to buy these look for LED 5mm piranha.
n.2 100 Ohm resistors (1/4W)
Optional: a USB-C to USB2.0 adapter, see picture (or you can use a USB-C cable directly)
LEDs needs to be soldered in parallel, so, for each LED:
+ to the resistor, then to the anode (led+)
- to the cathode (led-)
I also attached the .step file in case you want to use different hardware or made some changes.
