Ender 3 V3 SE cover with cooling fan relocation

I wanted to relocate the cooling fan and wanted to cover the hot end and extruder.

Print at 0.28 layer height. PLA works fine. no melting.

19th Feb 25: I have now added a slimmer version, this is 32 gms, much lighter then 43 gms stock
