• I've printed the kit with PLA as it is stiffer then PETG.
• 6 perimeters and 6/6 top bottom walls.
• Try a 0.6mm outer perimeter width for better chamfers/fillets look. 

Once printed:

1. apply M2 (3.2mm outer diameter) heat inserts using a soldering iron (220C) 
2. assembly with 10mm M2 screws. 

One headset maintenance requires 8+8 heat inserts and screws.

1. Although the origin model is a solid one, I didn't like how M3 nuts look like on it, tho. Switched the model to heat inserts and M2 screws. No more screws/nuts on the outer side. Beautiful! =)
2. Added 0.1mm offset to a mount cutout to make it fit better. Especially for low tolerance printers. 
3. Added fillets and a tiny chamfer.
4. Adjusted holes to fit M2 heat inserts and screws.
5. Added chamfers to hide screws head.
