Ergotron LX sleeve

I lost some of my Ergotron LX sleeves - these go between the two rotation points of the arms to prevent wear and function as a bearing - and so made some replacements out of PETG, work quite well.

Also included one sized to fit the North American standard gas ‘black pipe’ (~1.32"/33.5mm diameter).
