This is a followup to my previous Steam Deck Cyberdeck project for a different keyboard and USB Hub: https://www.printables.com/model/1165950-preonic-steam-deck-cyberdeck-v11

This project requires:

  • adhesive dome cabinet stoppers
  • a YMDK ID75 keyboard (I have measured off the polycarbonate case, which has a depth of about 107mm)
  • and a “UGREEN Revodok Pro 6 in 1 USB C Hub Gigabit Ethernet Adapter”.
  • Optionally, there is about 20mm of height under the hub available to secure a USB power bank.

I've printed mine in PETG, and arranged the included project file to aid printing in the color scheme photographed.

Large parts that don't fit on a 210x250 bed are split with a filleted dovetail and pinned in place. Optional pin-setting tools are provided as tolerances on your machine may be tight.

The mid plate is the single longest part, but does fit on a i3, Mk4 print bed at a 40º angle.

Note: As photographed, I have not pinned in the handle caps or the mid plate to facilitate prototyping and reassembly. On my print, these parts appear to be mostly okay with friction fit…

But you should consider pinning these parts in place for a more permanent assembly.

Beta: Optional tools are provided for setting these parts, as crushing or fraying the pins is possible if your parts print with tighter tolerances. Print these tools with higher perimeter count and higher infill than your defaults, I would recommend at least 3 perimeters and 50% infill.
