TOYO STEEL T-190 Toolbox Organizer Trays

Designed custom organizer trays for the TOYO STEEL Trunk Toolbox (T-190 series) to efficiently store and organize tools, small parts, and accessories. These trays fit perfectly inside the toolbox and provide dedicated compartments for various repair tools.

Tray Configurations:

Bottom Trays (Two Variants)

• Tool Organizer Tray: Holds tweezers, multitool pliers, pens/pencils, misc parts, or pry picks for device repair.
• Screw Tray: Alternative bottom tray with multiple compartments for small screws and other tiny components.
• Both bottom trays include small holes for 4mm diameter x 2mm height magnets to keep the tray secured inside the toolbox.

Top Tray (Wowstick & Bits Organizer)

• Specifically designed for the Wowstick electric screwdriver and its bit storage cylinders.
• Includes four small compartments for screws or miscellaneous items.
• Requires supports on the bottom when printing (recommended: normal supports at 10% density to save filament and time).
• Highly recommended to print with a brim for better bed adhesion.

Print Settings:

• Orientation: Print all trays flat with the compartments facing up.
• No ironing used.
• Infill: 15% Gyroid
• Walls: 3
• Top/Bottom Layers: 6
• Z Seam Alignment: Set to Sharpest Corner for the cleanest finish.
• Adaptive Layer Height: Enabled (recommended for smooth fillets).
  • Layer Height: 0.16mm
  • Layer Height Range: 0.08mm – 0.2mm.

Printing Details:

• Printer: Ender 3 (v1)
• Filament: Elegoo Black PLA
