V4 Vortex Cup Lid

Columbia Coatings offers an array of products for powder coat systems. Several of their items needed modifications and improvements for durability, performance and convenience. 

I designed these from scratch in Fusion 360, and ported them to Blender for final touches. 

The original design by Columbia Coatings was inefficient. My design offers better airflow, especially when combined with the my ball stem.

Please report any positive or negative comparisons from the original designs.

The intent is to increase the ecosystem of parts available for existing powdercoat systems.
