Trail Rated Badge - "Tail Rated" with paw print for Jeep Wrangler

PDFAnother version of the Jeep "Trail Rated" badge. This one states "Tail Rated" and has a paw print in place of the 4x4 marking.

Version V6 has three layers - Base, Text/Mountain, Paw This works with a 0.6mm nozzle. It is the version in the photos.
Version V8 has two layers. Base and Text/Graphics. This will work best with a 0.4mm nozzle or smaller. Larger nozzles may not print the paw very well. I haven't printed one of these with a 0.4 nozzle yet but the 0.6 was so close I this should work.

Version v6 was designed from scratch based on the original badge, intended for a 0.6mm nozzle, 0.20mm layer heights, 0.6mm walls.
Insert color changes to support:
Base color 0 - 1.8mm
Words/mountain color 1.8 - 3.2mm
Paw/edge blocks color 3.2 - 4.0mm
I used ASA to print the one in the photo. ASA has high UV resistance and it can be smoothed with acetone. I'm also guessing that the trim tape used to hold it on will stick better to ASA than it would to PETG.
I didn't calibrate the printer for ASA before printing this so there are improvements to be made. The paw and outer blocks are above the white due to size.
Version v8 has the paw as negative space so only takes one color change. It should work best with a 0.4 or smaller nozzle.
