Aprilia RS 457 Turn Signal Block Off Plate RS457

This is a block off plate for the front turn signals on a USA-spec Aprilia RS457. If you remove the front signals you can bolt this plate in place of the missing stalk using a 6mm nut.

These do not have to be very tight, just enough to hold them in place. I am using a nylock nut only because that's what I have around. A regular nut would work too. The threads are printed - Do not use any sort of thread locker on plastic parts.

Choose your own filament, but obviously it has to be decent and your printer should be calibrated for it. I'm using carbon fiber reinforced PETG and it works fine. Choose something with decent UV resistance if your bike will be used in sunlight...

Sometime in the future I will be adding one with a RAM ball attached so stay tuned if you go for that sort of thing.
