This is a 1/5 scale replica of an ER Combo Rack used in powerlifting competitions. I designed it to be just as functional as an actual ER Rack. The Uprights can be set to “In” or Out" and the levers are able to raise and lower the uprights to adjust barbell height.
Tolerances on parts are tight, but should go together fairly easy. You might need a bit of sandpaper to connect the male/female ends. I didn't put any placement pins on the bench pad for ease of printing so just glue it to the bench pad support with equal spacing around the edges and it will look fine.
An ER Rack has alot of butterfly and regular bolts that hold it together. I initially tried to model them out perfectly, but found that using real bolts at that scale made the model weak, so I've only modelled the bolt heads. Just glue them on in the correct places and you won't notice any difference.
All parts are named specifically to let you know how many parts to print. If you see an “x2” at the end of the name, print 2 instead of one.
This model was intended to be used with the Titex Calibrated Barbell set that I also modelled. (shown in the picture). You can find the barbell model here
