General Description:
It is possible to eat pedigree, to burn yourself third-degree and to get an academic degree, however when it comes to the well known 3d printed functional arm mounting system, at some point you get out of degrees and that is a pity.
To fix that, i present you with a new solution to deg the system so you get your spree out of additional degrees.
There are two versions of the model (without considering scales):
Adapter Inner Space:
Both 10deg rasters face inward.
Adapter One Outer Space:
This alienated component has one of the 10deg rasters facing outward (you can see this option in the model picture).
Additional Information:
For example i used it as an adjustable camera mount arm for my 3d printer.
In small scale ideal for 30x30 aluminium profiles in combination with M3 Hammer Nuts and holder 2 hex - d30.stl (needs to be scaled down by 60% to fit the small components)
Printing Instructions:
You will need Supports for printing this.
Beyond that i think .2mm layer height, with 2-4 perimeters and 10% gyroid infill will do a good job.
Anyway. I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
The author remixed this model.
This improved joint system allows a fixed 90-degree rotation of the joint axis, enabling a transition of the rotary axis from e.g. vertical to horizontal orientation.
