I could not find a suitable case for my overheating Pi 5 with NVME PoE Hat from Geeekpi.

I ended up designing one from scratch, this case fits slightly loose to avoid damaging the PCB, has recessed holes for the factory heatsink and fan assembly and features 4 holes on the bottom to screw in the board to hold it in place.

Takes 2x 3010 5v fans that I wired in parallel to the 5V header pins on the Pi, completely fixes my overheating issue. It needs M3x12mm screws to screw the fans in

It is a snap fit case, with a slot on one side of the lid to aid in removal but it is somewhat difficult. It's designed not to be constantly taken apart.

Happy to make other fan sizes available on request

Tolerances are very tight, needs a decent dialled in printer. I printed in both PLA and PETG on the MK4S, PLA gave the best results for a good snap fit as you can see in the photos. I didn't need supports but the overhangs are not perfect, you may wish to use supports to achieve better overhangs if this matters to you.
