To use place your stls on the print bed in your slicer and then load an attachment Layer corresponding to the size of your stl underneath. It get absorbed into you print and break off after cure.
Also put them under supports instead of skates.
these are .2 mm, if you want them thinner alter the z height of them in your slicer.
Use multiple ALs, copy them and overlay them for any shape you want.
Bear in mind if printing without supports these will give you a flat surface. If you have form or engraving on the bottom, punch holes in the ALs.
