Checkbox and Dot Card

A checklist stencil wallet card to help you through the day. Each shape is 4 mm at its widest dimension for use as checklist, shopping list, or task list as well as anything else you can think of. The dot grid on the side can be used to make your own dot matrix or grid for notes, sketches, templates, etc. The grid works great with a mechanical pencil, however the holes may need to be made bigger for use with most pens; I've found a thumb tack or safety pin work well to make the holes bigger with a piece of cardboard beneath.
