Remove the existing “H” bucket swing arm that connects the motor pushrod and push link together. Using the same screws, replace with the two curved arms. There is a right and left side, when looking down the boom from the cab. Since the connection at the push link is less wide than the connection at the boom, there are little extensions built into one end of each curved rod. Those extensions go up against the push link. That is why there is a left and a right.
Note that I also cut off the “extra” thread of the thumb motor, as that was impeding the bucket from coming in further, so to make the most of this, you might consider the same.
Now that I've added the boom lights, I note that these arms hit the light mounts. I could redesign these arms to maybe not be so curved…but I just drilled new holes and moved the boom lights back out of the way…gives the light a better angle anyway, in my opinion.
